Lieber Silvio. Herzlichen Dank für deinen Besuch und deine formulierten Gedanken. Du hast recht mit dem Bruch des Stils. Noch bin ich unentschieden, wie ich für die Sequenz weiter gehe. Ich habe eine Ausarbeitung, bei der alle vier Bilder in dieser monochromen Art umgesetzt wurden – da geht aber einiges an Dynamik und “Intonation” verloren. Das letzte Bild in Farbe hingegen, das lässt den Blick auf diese zwei Charaktere nie so direkt und intim zu.

Wundervoll, wie du die letzte Szene beschreibst. Es freut mich sehr, dass sich das Bild so lesen lässt!

Leider passt es auch gleichzeitig nicht so recht in die Serie hinein, da die Bearbeitung doch so gänzlich anders ist: Vor allem die Entsättigung lässt es als Außenseiter dastehen.

Dennoch finde ich es optisch am Gelungensten. Der stolze aber gleichzeitig fast schamhafte Ausdruck der Flamingos ist faszinierend und ihre jeweils angehobenen Beine lassen den Tanz noch nachschwingen.

Interestingly enough I like this image much better than the two in color from a few days ago. Of course it’s a completely different framing, but it is still amazing how it is possible to throw away such an abundance of color and actually improve the image.
