Every raindrop is a kiss from heaven

For quite a while I have witnessed the play of the raindrops. They appear out of nowhere and after a short trip, they create beautiful wave rings and once again become part of the great whole. Almost silent, inconspicuous and often unnoticed.
Stop. Lift the face and let it be kissed by the rain drops. It’s sort of like being kissed by souls who once rose waves and are now back in the great whole again. Almost like liquid “Sternspuren” – traces of lost kids or loved ones,

Yours truly

ἄβυσσος – Abyssos

ἄβυσσος – Abyssos.

ἄβυσσος – Abyssos. The abyss or the unfathomable. The eye may see the bottomless abyss, the heart sees the unfathomable immensity. There’s where communication happens beyond the finite shape of our lives. In loving memory of Noël.

Yours truly

Silent night

Stille Nacht.

Silent night. Moments, when the “Sternspuren” (star traces) touch me again, when through silence the memories become active again. I like those moments because they let me connect again with a episode of my life which brought the most substantial turns into my life. I am so glad you were here and now accompany me in a different form, Noël.

Your loving father,

The struggle called life

Waves in the clear, fresh water. Look at the picture and notice the effect of these gentle waves, the rhythm and dynamics. The effect of water, fresh, invigorating. Actually a pretty picture.

And then there is something that changes the visual effect (at least for me) massively: the nice waves have an insect at the epicenter, struggling for mere survival. A beetle landed in the water and can’t lift of again. He kicks, rows, fights … and he will lose. Each wave is an expression of his desperate struggle. Each wave is a symbol of the attempt to escape death. And in the end it becomes more quiet, the waves follow in slower rhythms and eventually it gets all quiet.

For hundreds of insects their life path ended in this way, on this beautiful day in the pool “Weyermannshaus”. Far too many, as I might have saved them. So all I could do is to send them good wishes for the transition and to use the time to find myself in this picture. To recognize my waves … and to know that my waves will be silenced one day too.

Enjoy the world, at any moment.

Yours truly

How much humanly body does it take, to fall in love with? How much would I need to see a man in order to be near him? How strong the human power is, to complete a silhouette drawn by the light in such a way, that seemingly inexhaustible vitality can be drawn from it. Some people are touchable in our life, others are just silhouettes in our minds – the power of the “filling” is the same.

Yours truly
