The same pond as in seen from a different angle, on a different day time. Many layers of individual elements come together and form a tissue, just as in a dream thoughts merge and condense into a story.

And yet one more view. Each time I was approaching the pond, it greeted me with a new, surprising “face”.

  1. Nice abstract photos.

I know what you mean. Small changes in light or point of view can have big impacts. Another example is moments near early morning or near sunset. In these moments every single second has different hue of light , leading to a different photo. Very exciting.

    • Tja, Ruthie.

      cheers

  2. Imaginings and reality, memories and the present moment merge.

The first here, along with “The Scent of Evening Light”, strikes me as especially exquisite.

  4. I love it when a photographer captures moving water in this way. It’s so hard to capture as we see with our eyes. This is great work, and the pink flowers floating over the top make it that much more special. Wonderful work.
